It continues that circular number Acad-118/2023 Date 29 September 2023, schools affiliated with CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) are requested to launch a special Swachhata campaign by 31 October 2023, which active participation to spread the message of cleanliness (Swachhata), sanitation and hygiene in the society, with teachers and community.

- A Special Cleanliness Drive can be organized in the school affiliated with the CBSE Board for a whole week.
- Swachhata Pledge can be organized in which all students and teachers/ employees of CBSE School can take oath in the school assembly.
- Competitions like essay writing competitions/slogans/ poetry writing competitions, painting, quizzes, etc. can be organized in Special Campaign 3.0 for students on cleanliness and hygiene practices in the school.
