About NDA WizQuiz 2023
The National Defense Academy (NDA) is celebrating 75 glorious years of its existence at a time when the country is celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence which marks 75 years of India’s independence. As part of the celebration of its glorious years, NDA is proud to present a new quiz: WizQuiz 2023, an inter-school quiz competition. The commemoration of 75 years of glory of the National Defense Academy, with a WizQuiz inter-school competition, will remind us of the institute’s pivotal role in shaping India’s defence forces.
The WizQuiz competition will be conducted in a hybrid model. The preliminary, zonal, and semi-final rounds of this quiz will be conducted online. The Grand Final of this quiz will be held at NDA, opposite the magnificent Sudan Block. The WinQuiz competition 2023 will test the participants on their general knowledge and other areas such as current affairs/current gk, sports, science, entertainment, and the history of NDA and the Armed Forces of India.

WizQuiz 2023 Eligibility
- This inter-school Wizquiz competition is open to all students enrolled in classes IX to XIl in schools in India.
- Each team should consist of two team members.
- Both students must be enrolled in the same school.
- Inter-class teams are allowed. For example, a team may consist of a ninth-grade student and an eleventh-grade student.
Rules for WizQuiz 2023 Competition
- Participants of this Quiz must present a school ID card or a bonafide letter or certificate from the school before Phase I of the quiz.
- If a team fails to produce proof of identity within the stipulated time, it may be disqualified from the competition at any stage.
- Teams found using unfair means to answer questions may be disqualified at any stage.
WizQuiz Competition 2023 Prizes
- The finalists of this competition will be given prizes of one lakh twenty thousand rupees.
- All registered teams will be provided with an e-participation certificate.

Teams must choose the right answer from these options. => The WizQuiz 2023 will be hosted on an online quiz platform (We recommend that participants use a common browser such as Google Chrome or Edge to access the quiz. => We recommend that participants attempt the Wiz quiz using a laptop or desktop Each team is allowed only one attempt. |
| Stage 2 & 3 | Zonal: 19 to 20 Aug 2023 Semis: 26 August 2023 | => These rounds of WizQuiz will be conducted online on Zoom and Kahoot and will be hosted by a quizmaster. => Detailed information about these rounds will be communicated to only those teams who will qualify for this stage. => Both team members have to join the Zoom session from the same location using the same laptop or desktop computer. |
| Stage 4 | Grand Finale 28 August 2023 | => The top six teams from the national semi-finals will qualify for the grand finale. => The Grand Finale will be held at the National Defense Academy campus in Khadakwasla, Pune, Maharashtra. => The details of the final will be informed through SMS and email. |
How to Register for WizQuiz 2023?
Step 1: All students of classes 9 to 12 can participate in this quiz by visiting the official website at wizquiz.consultnexus.in.
Step 2: After clicking the above link then click on the “Register Here” tab given on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter all details asked in the registration form.
Step 4: After entering all details then students click on the “Submit” button.
Travel and Stay Arrangement
- Travel charges for the finalists (2 members + 1 teacher in each team) will be reimbursed, subject to a maximum of 3AC fare up to Pune.
- Finalists will be provided transport to and from Pune Railway Station/Airport.
- The finalists (2 members + 1 teacher in each team) will be provided accommodation and food in Pune for a maximum period of two days.
