Step I: First of all, the candidates have to install the DigiLocker app from the google play store on their smartphones.
Step II: Open Digilocker App and click on the link “Sign Up”.
Step III: Enter some personal details like the Candidate’s Name (which is also on the Aadhar Card), date of birth (DOB), Valid Mobile number, valid Email Address, Aadhar number of the candidate, and six-digit security code.
Step IV: After entering all the details asked at the time of Sign Up then set your “Username”.
Step V: After creating a DigiLocker account then click on the link “Central Board of Secondary Education”.
Step VI: Now, candidates select the CTET Certificate (or Teacher Eligibility Certificate) option.
Step VII: Now, enter your ctet roll number and mobile number.
Step VIII: Your CTET Certificate and Marksheet will be displayed on the screen.

The Ministry of Education (MoE) has increased the validity of the Central Teacher Evaluation Test (CTET) from 7 years to lifelong. This move, as well as the National Professional Standards for Teachers (NPST), will help improve the teaching profession.
Is the CTET certificate validity lifetime?
Yes, the CTET certificate is valid for a lifetime. According to the order of the Ministry of Education, it is valid for a lifetime from the date of declaration of the CTET result. CTET certification, however, is awarded only to those aspirants who clear the CTET exam, and on average, around 35% of candidates clear it.
