Public Notice on Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test – Online) mode from December 2022 to January 2023, the exact date of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card of aspirants. The details of the CTET examination, syllabus, language, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination city, and important dates in the detailed information bulletin will be available on the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in.
Interested applicants need to apply online only through the official CTET Website at ctet.nic.in. The online CTET Application Form process will start on 31 October 2022 (Monday) and the last date for submission of the online CTET application is 24 November 2022 (Thursday) up to 23:59 Hrs. CTET Application Fee can be paid before 15:30 hrs till 25 November 2022 (Friday).

Public Notice on Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2022
Applicants of the CTET Exam 2022 should note that the test city of their choice will be allotted on first cum first served basis as per the availability of capacity in the city of examination. Those Applicants who complete the online CTET 2022 application process and pay the fee on first cum first serve basis will be allotted the exam city of their choice as per the availability in that particular city. The total capacity in a particular city will also be available on the official CTET portal.
If the aggregate capacity of a particular city is filled during the completion of the CTET application process or payment of the CTET examination fee or updating of transactions on the official CTET portal, the applicants will be given the option to either select another city or cancel the transaction.
If an applicant cancels the transaction, the full fee will be refunded to his/her account as per the mode of payment and the application will not be considered for this CTET 2022 Exam. Request for a change of CTET 2022 examination city will not be entertained under any circumstances.
It may also be noted that if the total capacity in a particular city is full at the time of filling the CTET online application, the applicant has no right to claim for allotment of the examination center in that particular city and the Board will not be responsible for the same. So applicants are advised to complete their application process without waiting for the last date.
