Fit India School Week is a flagship event dedicated to schools to inculcate fitness habits among students and raise awareness about fitness and sports.
The 4th edition of Fit India School Week is scheduled from 15th November 2022 to 15th December 2022 wherein schools will celebrate it for 4 to 6 days a week in various forms to reaffirm the importance of fitness in the daily life of an individual.

To participate in the Fit India School Week, schools will have to select any week between 15 November 2022 to 15 December 2022 and celebrate the same. Schools can register on the official Fit India portal and notify the dates of Fit India School Week celebrations in their school. An indicative list of activities for the Fit India School Week celebration is attached as Annexure A.
In this latest edition of Fit India School Week, schools can celebrate their annual sports day to identify exceptional sporting talent among their students. The details of the same can be made available online on the official Fit India Portal at Fitindia.gov.in under Talent Identification. A step-by-step guide to registering and providing details of exceptional sporting talents is attached as Annexure B.
How to Register for Fit India School Week 2022
Step 1: First of all, On your Desktop/Laptop/Mobile please open the internet browser (Chrome/Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc), and in the address bar please type or click here fitindia.gov.in.
Step 2: Please click on the “Click Here” button given on the official website homepage on the Fit India School Week banner seen on the Fit India home page for registration for Fit India School Week 2022.
Step 3: Once you are redirected to the login page of Fit India School Week 2022. If you are already a registered user with Fit India then login and click on the already registered school button.
Step 4: If you are not registered with Fit India then click on the New Register button is shown on the same page which will redirect you to the registration page as shown below. Please register yourself as a school.
Step 5: Once you have logged in, please click on the Manage Your Schedule button to create a school week schedule.
- Enter the mandatory information highlighted by * and create an event.
- You can also upload a background image for your event.
Step 6: You will be automatically directed to the FIT India event page (as shown below).
- You can add FIT India School event pictures/video links of the school week event by clicking on add event pictures and video button.
- Certificates can be downloaded for schools (organizers) and participants (school children) on the official portal by clicking on the download certificate button and providing the names of participants.
