The CBSE National Coding Challenge 2023 is an opportunity for students in classes 6 to 8 to showcase their 21st-century skills by solving some real-life issues with technology. It is a platform for the students to learn about various real-life issues prevailing and use their coding skills to come up with innovative solutions to solve the problem related to the subject.
In order to provide an opportunity to the students of classes 6 to 8 to showcase their 21st-century skills to solve some real-life issues leveraging technology, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) in association with Microsoft is organizing the “CBSE Coding Challenge 2023”.
This competition will provide a platform for the students to learn about various prevailing real-life issues and use their coding skills to devise innovative solutions to solve the problems related to the subjects.

National Coding Challenge 2023 was an opportunity provided by CBSE in association with Microsoft for the students of classes 6th to 8th to showcase their 21st-century skills to solve some real-life issues with technology. It was a platform for the students to learn about various real-life issues prevalent in society and come up with innovative solutions to solve the problem related to the subject using their coding skills.
Coding, sometimes called computer programming, is how we communicate with computers. With AI becoming prominent in our society, this coding challenge helped our kids stay on track with evolving technologies.

How to Enter in Coding Challenge 2023
- Each team must appoint a faculty member as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and decide on a team name.
- The SPOC must complete the registration process.
- Upon successful registration, access to the contest resources will be provided to all the team members.
- Each SPOC must submit their team’s submission(s) at the provided website link with the email ID that was used for registration.
- Each student should be a member of one team only.
How to Register for CBSE National Coding Challenge 2023?
Step I: Visit the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in or Use this Direct Link for Registration in the Coding Challenge.
Step II: After clicking the above link, the coding challenge registration form will open.
Step III: Enter all the details asked in the form.
Step IV: After filling in all the details then click on the “Submit” button.
