CBSE Classes 10 and 12 Board Exam 2024 (Official Notice OUT): The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE (Most Popular Education Board) has announced that the CBSE Board Exam 2024 for classes 10th and 12th for the academic year 2023-24 will begin from February 15, 2024. The announcement was made by a CBSE Bard notification posted on the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education by Sanyam Bhardwaj (CBSE Exam Controller). The 10th and 12th Board exams will run for 55 days and end on April 10.
The CBSE education board has requested all other exam-conducting organizations (Like JEE Main and JEE Advanced, NEET CUET, etc.) to fix the dates of their examinations keeping in view the above schedule of board examinations.
The official CBSE Circular reads, “CBSE will conduct board examinations of classes tenth and twelfth students for the academic year 2023-24 from 15 February 2023. These board exams will be conducted by Most Popular Education Board “CBSE” for a duration of about 55 days and are expected to end by 10th April 2024.
How to download CBSE Classes 10 and 12 Board Exam 2024 Official Notice
All the candidates who want to download the official notification, they have to follow the steps given below. Whichever student will follow the steps given below, they will be able to easily download the official notification issued by CBSE from the official website.
Step I: Students are requested to visit first the official CBSE board website at cbse.gov.in.
Step II: Click on the CBSE “Main” Website display on the homepage.
Step III: Go to the announcement section and Click on the notice link CBSE Board Exam Schedule 2024.
Step IV: A new PDF file will open on the screen where candidates can check the details of the CBSE Exam 2024.
Step V: Download the Exam Date Notice PDF and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
For the academic session 2022-23, board exams were conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education through Pen Paper Mode from February 15 to March 21 for class 10 and from February 15 to April 5 for class 12. The results for both the 10th and 12th classes were declared on May 12.

For class X, 93.12 percent of students passed the CBSE Board exam, which is a decrease of 1.28 percentage points from last year. The CBSE board authority has also announced that it will not publish the merit list to avoid “unhealthy competition”, while the pass percentage of class twelfth students was recorded at 87.33, a drop of 5.38 percent from last year.
