CBSE Online Portal Prashikshan Triveni for Teachers’ Training

Central Board of Secondary Education has launched the new CBSE Prashikshan Triveni Portal for Teachers Training. All important details about this Prashikshan Triveni Portal are explained in the article below. Introduction of Online Portal Prashikshan Triveni for Teachers’ Training: Central Board of Secondary Education (Most Popular Education Board) through its Center of Excellence (CoE) is conducting in-service teacher training, which is known as Capacity Building Programme.

Initially, these CBP programs were conducted in face-to-face mode only. In the year 2020, due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic situation online teacher training sessions were started and proved to be a great success in imparting teacher training to a large number of people. Registration, attendance marking, feedback submission, and certificate generation are being done for these online teacher training sessions through the CBSE Training Portal.

The board (CBSE Education Board) has restored the face-to-face/offline/mixed schedule from last year after the relaxation of the restrictions imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In view of clauses 5.15 and 5.16 of the NEP 2020 (National Education Policy 2020), every Principal/Teacher is expected to attend at least 50 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities every year for his/her own professional development. However, it is important to keep track of the training attended by teachers of CBSE-affiliated schools in view of the broader planning and policy decisions.

To manage teacher training records effectively, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has launched a new portal “Prasakshan Triveni”, which will provide an integrated platform for registration, attendance marking, feedback submission, and certification for online, offline, and blended teacher training programs.
