NCPCR to celebrate Pariksha Parv 4.0 from April 11 to May 31

National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) is celebrating Pariksha Parv from 2019 with an aim to change the attitude/perspective of children towards exam stress and to address their anxiety before the exam result at one platform.

This year the ‘Pariksha Parv’ is being organized till 31 May 2022. It is an enterprise to provide a platform for students, teachers, and parents to share their views and get guidance and important suggestions from experts. In stressful times, talking about and sharing thoughts will help in reducing the stress and anxiety of the students to a great extent.

“Exam Warrior” is an activity under Pariksha Parva 4.0 that promotes audio-video messages from students giving tips on managing stress and anxiety related to exams/results. Radio spots are broadcast on Vividh Bharat (National), and All India Radio (AIR).

Live streaming sessions can be watched on NCPCR social media accounts –Facebook at, Twitter at, and on Youtube/channel/NCPCR or on Youtube/Doordarshan national till 31.05.2022 (three days in a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm) to enable students to interact with experts to reduce their exam and result related stress and anxiety.
