The 28th National Annual Conference of Sahodaya School Complex 2022 is scheduled to be held on 18th and 19th November 2022 at Vadodara, Gujarat in association with Gyan Sarovar – The Central Gujarat Sahodaya School Complex.

Objective of Conference

To sensitize school leaders and prepare them for the era of education 4.0 with the necessary changes in the design of curriculum and pedagogy.

Registration for National Annual Conference

Please register online through this Registration Link to participate in the 28th National Annual Convention of Sahodaya Vidyalaya Complexes 2022. The last date for online registration is 10th November 2022. Participants will have to pay Rs 5000/- online as a registration fee (non-refundable). The participation fee collected by the Host Sahodaya will be subject to a third-party audit as prescribed by the Board.

Best Practice: Preparing for Education 4.0

Schools are invited to a short article on possible best practices that can be employed by schools to get ready to launch Education 4.0. The article should focus on potential practices that can be adopted in the areas of curriculum, pedagogy, capacity building of teachers, school leadership, school community involvement, use of technology, or any other relevant area.

Plagiarism should be checked on the material before furnishing it with a certificate from the Principal of the school that the work is original and authentic.

Potential best practices selected during the conference will be collected and released in the form of e-SOUVENIR.

Guidelines for the submission of the write up on probable best practices

  • The word limit for writing should not exceed 250 words.
  • The work must be an original contribution. No work of plagiarism will be accepted. References, if any, should be mentioned at the end of the writing.
  • Writing can be in Hindi or English.
  • Write up has to be submitted as a single file in MS Word format (PDF format will not be accepted) in Times New Roman font size 12 with 1.5 line space. The margin on both sides should be 2 cm.
  • The write-up should also include The topic, the name of the contributor: The principal/teacher, and the name of the school with the address.
  • The write-up should also include a Certificate of originality from the Head of the Institution in case of a Teacher and from the Director/Manager of the school in case of a Principal is mandatory.
  • Submit the write-up as per the guidelines shared above at the email id gyansarovar2206[at the rate]gmail. com on or before 20th October 2022.
